Currently the server is down. I have submitted an urgent help dest ticket to find out what is going on.

This happened once before back in January when I was just setting this up. At that time I was told the group was doing a complete backup and restore of all there servers. It took 28 hours to come back up.

I AM NOT HAPPY as I paid a high premium for the Platinum level (the top) of service and security.

But I am working to correct this.
